To Obtain the RMA#:

B. Send an email request to info@cablesonline.com . Please include your order invoice number and reason for the return or exchange.

C. Contact our customer service team via phone: 516-825-4804. Please have your order invoice number ready.

Once you have the RMA#:

Package your item securely along with all of the original parts (manuals, cables etc.), and write the RMA clearly outside the returned package.

We recommend using UPS, FedEx or USPS. We will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for the item. It generally takes about 2-3 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed.

To Return an Item For an Exchange:

If you would like to exchange your product for something else, the best thing to do is to return your item for a full refund and place a new order at the same time. Placing the new order now just ensures that you'll get it quickly, and that it won't go out of stock.
